I ordered a pair of school shoes online for my son on the 7th of January. These shoes were available online, but I was contacted via telephone on the 8th of Jan indicating that you did not have stock. Yet, I was able to order them online. Surely the system should have indicated that the shoes were not available. I then attempted to purchase another pair of shoes via your online system and this went through successfully. I was then contacted on Fri, 10th of Jan by a gentleman who indicated that they had actually found the initial shoes i had ordered and would i like to change my order.

I was very grateful and said yes. He said that WOOLWORTHS SA would have the order delivered to me at home, because i'm on leave the next day, Sat, 11th of Jan. I indicated that I would prefer delivery on Monday, 13th of Jan (today) and he said 'no problem'.
My time of delivery was between 10am and 1pm. I have sent two emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and no-one has had the decency to respond. I have phoned your online call centre 0860 100 987 - I wait for around 10 minutes and am then disconnected. I have attempted to phone this number 5 times with no avail.
