I have never experienced such an atrocious service in my entire life. My car was assessed on the 27TH Nov 2013 I was told that I would get a response as to where I need to take in my car for repairs in Brooklyn. I had to follow up yet again with Paul (assessor) after my 1st hellopeter complain on the 2nd Dec 2013 with no response whatsoever. Now is the 12.12.2013 how long should I wait for my vehicle to be fixed. YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!! For a claim that was registered on 12.11.2013. I don't know what you are going to tell me now?
