Declining a request for repai

Policy Number BLDP000244. I took my car to get Exhaust flanges replaced but a minimum oil leak was discovered. On trying to lodge a claim i was reminded that my policy did not coner Cooling system. I then asked the mechanic to replace the gasckets as we thought that might be the cause of the leak. After the parts were replaced it was then discovered that the leak is till there.i then asked the mechanicto contact innovation group, the conversation as per the mechanic was that he made it clear to Tiaan that there was no indication of the engine overheating and overheating could not have been the cause of the damage.

On speaking to Dawie he indicated that they have a recording where my mechanic mentioned that the car was overheating.my mechanic denied saying that to Tiaan.

Its now over an hour since i have requested the recording from Dawie who promised to send me the recording.

Can i get the recording so as i can be sure who said what to who as the mechanic denies telling Tiaan that the car was overheating and Dawie claims to have a recording of such conversation.

The car needs fixing and that is the reason for having an insurance.

I need an advise on how to proceed now.
