Incompetent Department

Due to financial struggle I have been on debt review for 3 and half years. In this time I have also never received any statement from ABSA on any of the accounts under debt review. My debt counselor has been trying to get statements form the department for 6 months now of which we get only balances but no statements. I tried to go into ABSA branch and they couldn't help me. I then tried the Debt Review Call Centre and they couldn't help me either. I finally get to Debt Review Head Office and spoke to Zelda Madiba. She told me that she also couldn't help me and that if I have a complaint it will take 30 working days. We have been waiting 6 months already. I explained to her that I wanted my statements asap to which she responded i should speak to a legal adviser and without a word put me on hold. After 5 minutes of holding, she again answered the phone and instructed me to tell my debt counselor to phone her because they cannot help me.
What incompetence is this ABSA??? By law I am entitled to my statements and it is unacceptable how your staff treats clients and how incompetent your staff are in this department! What happened to having pride in the work place!?
