On the 04/11/2013 did put a claim in for damage on my car. on the 05/11/2013 a lady phoned me and told i must drive 50km to see a assessor for my car i told her she must get a assessor in my town. bout 20 min later she phone back an gave me new details of a other assessor. That same day about 15H30 my car was at the assessor. he evaluate my car and send the papers away. On 06/10/2013 i revived a sms that a consultant will phone me shortly. On 07/11/2013 about 16h40 a consultant phoned me an explain me the choices i have i made a decision. the consultant send he going to send the papers to the supervisor and he will send it to me again that same day. On the 08/11/2013 i had to Phone Mi way and hold for about 45 min to speak with a consultant i could not speak to the one who is handling my claim he was busy like they said.. the new consultant send me the papers. this was about 09H00. i sign the papers and send it back as soon as i signed the paper . from then i heard nothing of may way on the 09/10/2013 i resend the email but no response. on the 10/11/2013 i re send the email. no response . 11/11/2013 re send email no responce. how long do they take? Will not recommend mi way!!!
