I logged a vehicle accident claim (#125877) with Discovery Insure (DI) on 29-05-2013. Claim was assigned to Neo Gule & was told where to take my car for an assessment. Took the car for damage assessment. I told the assessor that since the accident the engine sounds different. It now sounds like a diesel engine. Assessor sent the report to DI & it was authorised on 5-06-2013 & the car was booked to be taken in for repairs on 13-06-2013. I noticed that there was no mention of the engine sound on the report. I told Neo about this omission (06-06-2013) and she said she was going to send an email to the assessor. I waited for feedback until 11-06-2013. I called DI frustrated about the lack of feedback/response and asked to speak to one of the Team Leaders who said I must take- in the car on the 13th as planned and they (DI) will send an assessor to the panel beaters. I took the car in on the 13th. Went back on the 6 days after to check on progress. Was told that the assessor hasn't come. I went back today, still waiting for the assessor (8 days after). DI hasn't bothered to get progress update from the Assessor or Repairors. This is pathetic customer service from Discovery Insure
