I reported my vehicle for a claim with Indwe on 11/11/2013 via the website and was told somone would contact myself, nobody did. I had to call in myself on the 12/11/2013 to report the claim myself. I was then called by Tommy-Lee whom informed myself I can submit the quotation for repairs to him and he would submit to relevant claims department and have an assessor sent out. I sent out 2 emails to Tommy-Lee on the 13/112013 and only got a response after contacting my Indwe personnel (Zanele), no direct response. The response from Tommy was that an assessor would call me today for arrangements to be made for viewing, I am still waiting by the phone anxiously hoping I don't miss the call. I emailed through today and got no response.
My mother recently bought a car and it got added to the policy, funny enough Indwe is quick to take money but slow when it comes to helping out with claims.
A friend (opposition insurance to Indwe) whom also experienced hail damage has already seen an assessor and I'm behind, what the is going on?
I need service here, else we will switch our insurance that we pay almost R4000 for!!
