I bought 2 properties with Nedbank and in both i had a problem with a leaking roof, that have still not been sorted out.
I logged a claim with Nedbank(#NED13112376) in January 2013. A contractor came to evaluate the damage and have never heard anything from them since. Their call centre agents have a very bad attitude, thats if you don't hold for over 20min to speak to someone. The email address on voice recording bounces back.
This is just sad for a reputable bank like them :-(
