NO HELP ON CLAIMS

I recently put a claim through (1313/087181) for my wiring that was damaged due to rain and they sent someone A MONTH LATER to check the house in December and a month later (21.01.2014) i called and they informed me their construction/builders have not put the report through yet!!! Its now 3 months since i logged the claim and now my roof has more rain damage than ever, i have to move my bed, put buckets everywhere and it looks horrid.
