Finalization of claim poor geyser installation

I would like to thank Mutual & Federal for sending unqualified plumbers to fit my geyser.
I have now been told that my claim has been finalised, and the file is now closed. They sent another of their plumbers, Andy's Construction to do an inspection of the installation of the geyser.
He found so many things wrong with this installation and yet Mutual & Federal thinks that paying me R541.50 will rectify the problem. I asked Andy's Construction to send me a quote to fit this geyser according to SABS regulations, and I WAS SHOCKED, NOW HE WANTS R4560.00 TO FIT THIS GEYSER PROPERLY!!!
The geyser was installed on top of electrical wires, the drip tray is not draining the water to outside, the drain pipe has no support, the breaker valve is fitted lower than 300mm and the wooden planks under they geyser and bending under the weight of the geyser. I was also told that by Andy's Construction that this geyser could fall through the ceiling at any time and kill someone in the shower. I don't see why I should accept Mutual & Federal's poor workmanship considering my 1st claim was rejected due to "poor workmanship"
All I want is for the geyser to be fitted properly, that's why I had insurance.
