Burst Geyser.
This company is being used by NEDBANK to repair our HOMES . SHAME ON YOU NEDBANK!!! - we the home owners DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS
Insurance claim for burst geyser.
First Day -They arrive with ladder that is broken, no light. Fumbling in the dark. Bad language used.
Absolute mess.
Second Day - The geyser is installed. everything looks fine, the excess IS PAID in CASH. THEY LEAVE.
One hour later, water is running down the walls, carpets damaged walls marked. What is to happen to the knotty pine ceilings. Orsula Plumbing don't care and apparently neither does NEDBANK!!!
DO NOT HAVE THESE PEOPLE ON YOUR PROPERTY. THEY CREATE MORE DAMAGE.
NEDBANK, CATCH A WAKE UP.
