ZERO Service from Day One

March 2012 - discovered that Household Content and Vehicle had not been added to policy as requested in writing some SIX months earlier. ZERO service.
June 2013 - lodged claim - some 5 months later still waiting for Thabo Moorosi to revert to me with actual figure of excess payment due. Any fool can cut and paste possible excess clauses that may or may not be applicable to the claim - I requested ACTUAL figures in order to determine whether to go ahead with claim or not. Thabo was incapable of providing figures and he was incapable of advising what excess clauses would be applied to the claim. ZERO response.
August 2013 - requested feedback as to why premium increased without notification - ZERO response.
October 2013 - cancelled policy and reversed debit order. Requested that debit order be cancelled.
November 2013 - received two calls so far informing me that policy cancelled due to "non-payment".
Catch a wake-up and provide SOME service to the paying clients. I have moved on to another insurance company who actually provide the service that I am paying for. Interested to see whether Affinity debit order will go through my bank again this month.
