7 months of waiting for my excess claim

On November 2012 i had an accident in my car at the company i work for... it was during that huge hail storm and the copany gate closed on my vehicle.

I have been waiting for 7 months for this to be sorted out, 4 different people have taken over this claim and i have had to phone myself on a monthly basis to try and get some sort of feedback.

I contacted them today and had the pleasure of speaking to Jason who took it upon himself to cancelk my claim as he beleives this was an act of, so therefore he cancelled my claim.

When i asked why he did this he just said oh he did not know i worked for the company and they were still willing to pay the excess claim. So he will now reinstate my claim and cannot tell me how long this will now take. I am very sure this has alot to do with the fact that i have since cancelled my insurance with First for Woman and moved my house and car incurance to someone else that could treat me alot better.

How much longer should i wait another 7 months???
