Bad service by MFC employees

Good day. I am struggeling ti come to a conclusion regarding my vehicle. Unfortunetely the employees at MFC is not doing their job good, they think everything is a joke. I am not happy with the service. Another thing they do not answer their telephone lines, maybe they are on teabreak all the time.
