Not received no claim bonus that is due

I was due a payout on 01 June 2013 for my non claim bonus for R6541- POLICY # OT4791546. I however cancelled my policy early March since the cost of the policy was -R132 and the debit order charges were getting too high. The person who took the call not once mentioned that if I cancelled the payment would not be honoured. This was confirmed by manager Martin Van Oudshoorn on 11.06.13. Since I have another policy in my name on home insurance - OT9499906 - technically I am still a paying customer and should be paid what I am due.
I was a customer for over 10 YEARS and not once in that time did my debit orders bounce or not get paid.
PLEASE help me get this money paid to me as it is a lot of money for me.
