Cancelled membership but still debiting

I requested that my AA insurance be cancelled on the 13 May 2013, another debit order went off on the 15th June and another debit order was lodged today 25th July 2013, Please refund my money for June plus I request that you pay for my rejected debit on the 25th July 2013 as this policy is suppose to be cancelled and i still have proof of the email sent to your info mail to be cancelled.
