I have tried numerous times to e-mail, but to no avail. I will now try yet a third time to communicate to outsurance that seems to be more interested in taking my premium than actual customer service. I have requested for my policy to be cancelled already on the 22nd of January 2013, but still outsurance tried to deduct a premium the end of February 2013.I then again requested that the policy be cancelled and still Outsurance tried to deduct a premium on the 16th of March, in the meantime this is costing me bankcharges in excess of R200 and I am not happy. If this policy is not cancelled immediately then I will have to resort to going to the ombudsman of short term insurance. This is a clear indication that outsurance has incompetent people in the client care department, because they clearly don't care about the client.
