My wife has a platinum cheque account with you guys, there is never a personal banker available at the alberton branch nor does the banker on the phone ever want to assist. We are trying to apply for a small overdraft limit of like a couple of thousand literally and no one can assist i mean really there is almost 40k per month going in and out of this account, do you guys want the business or not???
