I upgraded from a gold to platinum account for one reason, to get a so called personal banker. For two main reasons, move my Wife from ABSA to FNB and to get some advice on opening a separate savings/investment account.
This i did over 2 months ago. i still have not recieved a call from my banker.
In the mean time i have made inqueries via the FNB site to get my Wife an FNB account but alas no joy.
