PLATINUM CHEQUE ACCOUNT

On numerous occasions I tried to apply for a credit card, overdraft etc but you guys keep on refusing me for what reason I dont know! If that is the attitude I will cancel my account and rather upgrade my savings account to a cheque account. They have also given me a loan, you guys didn't even bothered.
