Very poor service from business banker and branch

I phoned customer care to request statements on my business account and was promised that they would be emailed to me. I then get an SMS saying I can collect them from any branch. I phone back and speak this time to Sumaya who promptly emails them to me - thank you Sumaya! She then mentions to me that the business account is going to be locked within a day or two as we have not submitted the FICA documents. I was never phoned or emailed in this regard so Sumaya said she would get our business banker to contact me - I'm still waiting for the business banker. I would like to know why I was not contacted or the dates and times the 'business banker' tried to contact me. If this account is blocked we will not be happy. This is not the service we are used to getting from Standard bank.

(On my personal account my new petro card was sent back from Sandton branch as I 'never collected it' but I was not notified. Seems like lack of communication from staff to clients is rife within the bank.)
