I had an existing gold credit card with FNB and rest of my personal and business banking is with Standard Bank. i decided to apply for a cheque account and intention to move my personal accoun to FNb eventually.internet banking confirmed that Petunia was my banker. i still decided to increase my limit due to my status being Platinum online and application was succesful. Pertunia assisted in finalsing the application.

my monthly instalments for my gold card was R1440 and due on the 15th Nov and i requested that my current acc be debited as per my application form. without a statement i then received an email from FNB my account was not paid by R6057. i then complained as i have not received any statemets and my account should have been debited. i then receive my statement on 10 Nov confirming that the R6057 is only due on Dec 2, 2013. i was further charged for petrol card (which i did not apply for) and non payment of instalment. i kept on asking my BANKERS to rectify and reverse. Petro card was cancelled but the late charge has still not being rectifed.
10 Business days have passed and no a response from PREMIER Banker and her team leader Wayne. PATEHTIC and NOT RESOLVED.
