Interest on closed account

In January 2013 I opened a business account at the branch and was told that a business banker will contact me to arrange delivery of my debit card and to assist with any queries regarding business banking. 3 weeks later I went into the branch to enquire about my debit card. The lady at information desk apologised that nobody contacted me re my card sitting in the drawer. I noticed the bank charges were astronomical and not according to the rates promised. I then withdrew all the cash at the ATM and went back into the branch to advise them that I am closing the account. The 2 ladies again told me that a business banker will contact me. In May a lady called me to say that I must make an immediate deposit as my account was in overdraft. I told the lady that I closed the account at Goldman st. Branch. She told me I was suppose to close the acc with my business banker. I told her I was never allocated a business banker! To date I am still being charged interest on a closed account which will eventually lead to a bad credit rating and blacklisting and still no business banker has contacted me and the branch did not close the account!
