Most incompetent service delivery ever!

I want to start by stating that PPS provides the most incompetent service that I have EVER received (except for Vodacom)!

I have cancelled all my policies/ products with PPS except one, as PPS has not been able to get one debit order right for 6 MONTHS now.

PPS confirmed that they received my cancellation letter the 9th of October 2013 and that the products to be cancelled will no longer be active from 1 Nov 2013.

But surprise-surprise, on the 15th of November I was debited from PPS for the FULL AMOUNT!!
And apparently they do not have a cancellation letter on their system?!

PPS promises quality service for people with degrees, but I have received MUCH better service from providers that are open to the PUBLIC.

I have no faith in PPS that they will pay out when the time comes if they can't even get a simple debit order or cancellation right.
