This is an e-mail to express my disgust with appalling service that I am receiving after trying to cancel my policy. I e-mailed a cancellation notification to you on the 19th October 2012 (Please see below). I then received a phone call a few weeks later to say that the cancellation had not been received and that the policy would not be cancelled. My question is, how does your company know to call me about the cancellation if you had not received the cancellation notification in the first place. Furthermore you have not cancelled the stop order since November 2012 after my notification you still have not cancelled the stop order of R807.13. I went t to Standard Bank to reverse the payment and cancel the stop order which did not go off in January 2013. They have called me today to say that you have again taken off the amount for the debit order and now refusing to reverse the payment claiming that you still have a policy with me.

I want to be reimbursed for all the money that has been deducted after the cancellation and again to notify you that the policy must be cancelled. I have tried to contact you on 086 005 4033 but I will have to wait until Monday 4th February 2013 in orde
