This is my 4th complaint on the same issue. My first complaint was on 4th October 2013. I am writing the year now because I see this matter is going to take years to resolve. I did though received a call from FNB after my last posting to inquire about my concern and the person gave me an e-mail to send data to, but the mail bounce back. I would have expected another call to inquire why I did not send the data yet, but noting till today, 15 days later. Yes, we "care"?
The data that was requested is already with FNB since July 2013.
Reading through Hello Peter I came across 2 other customers where they also reported, the very poor service, already 3 times. This confirm my message of "We do not Care".
In addition from the very poor service your money is also not secured with the bank as is not the banks responsibility to protect the customers, mentioned in previous postings. I also came across another customer that complaint about debit orders that just appear on their account. Seam like security at FNB is not good at all.
False advertising, very poor service and poor customer care is just part of FNB.
