Poor service and refund return

At the beginning of the month an amount of R389 was deducted off my account, over and above my normal monthly premium.
Upon realising this I logged a call/complaint to the Customer support. Joel was the agent who took the call and when viewing my account profile he straight away noticed the problem and informed me that I have been over charged.
He then informed me he would arrange for a refund within 7 working days.
From there on out I have spoken to a number of agents (Robert, Lesley-Ann, Avashie and Ronald) who all promised that the issue would be resolved and the payment would be made.
It has now been 2 weeks and the refund has still not been completed.
I have now been informed that I will not get the full amount back as there is outstanding amounts on my account, yet they can not supply me with the information or documentation to support the claims.
There for I am very unhappy with this supplier and have cancelled my membership!
