Upon purchasing a day spa package from Groupon SA i called the spa to make a reservation for me and my partner. the spa informed me that they had been closed for over a month already and that Groupon was supposed to inform me which they never did.

i called Groupon the same day and they logged my query with the refunds department and informed me that the refund would take 3 to 5 working days to reflect in my bank account. i waited 2 weeks and there was no refund. i called them for a second time and when they asked for my reference number i gave it to them however they could not pick it up on the system. they then informed me that they had logged an emergency refund and that the payment would reflect the following day in my account. i waited 3 days and still no refund i called them for the 3rd time the lady informed me that they have just processed my refund and that it would take another 3 to 5 working days to reflect in my bank account.

this is TOTALY unacceptable that i as the customer have to waste my time and phone bill chasing Groupon to refund me!! this just proves that their customer complaints mean nothing to them as they take no action and give you the run around!!
