Unmandated Transaction Charges!

There has been deductions on my account without validation, prior notification or reasons why it is there. I have an agreement with the bank to only subtract a fixed amount of banking cost per month (which has also increased without reason) and of late there has been erratic activity in this regard! This blindsiding attitude of ABSA toward my cheque account has just lost them a customer - how can I terminate my accounts at ABSA?
