Second complaint/a month later, still not resolved

I lodged a complaint in January because of the complete lack of service I have received from Oneplan. Ronald Govender contacted me and said that he would assist in having my outstanding claims/issues resolved. It is now 6 February 2013, almost a month since I've started my queries AGAIN. Countless phone calls, faxes etc. I have been unable to e-mail ANYONE at Oneplan since January as their server rejects my e-mail address. I faxed them this information too. Everytime I call, I am placed through to a new consultant who does not know the history, who promises to get back to me. but never does. I have tried sending Ronald e-mails, but they keep being returned. I have faxed all the required documentation at least 5 times, they are in possession of all the required documentation, yet I am still no closer to having my issue resolved. Ronald does not get back to me either and when I try to contact him, he is on sick leave. I have decided to stop further payments to Oneplan until my issues have been resolved. I am not holding my breath though and have resigned myself to the fact that I need to start looking for a new medical insurance/aid. BEWARE if you are thinking of joining Oneplan
