Your client has a single policy and the debit order for the single policy goes off the 1st of each month in the amount of R610. On 25 March 2013 2 amounts of R1075 and R565 was deducted against Mr FJ Nels account! Previous 3 instalments from 2January 2013 to 1 March was deducted correctly for the single policy and then these unauthorised payments started going off. The amount for R1075 is for a couple policy and R565 was the premium for the first year of the policy.

Nobody gave authorisation for these debits and it was cancelled. On 29 April and 30 April these debit order again went through with an additional amount of R1075. Payments again were cancelled.

Policyholder called in to correct this on numerous occasions during April and spoke to Deon Zeelie who promised to call back and never did. Robert called once and promised to sort out and call back but never did.

Policyholder spoke to Macechaba and she promised to call back but informed us that the policy was cancelled. Stiaan Nieuwoudt spoke to Gift and he informed that there was a system error.

Policy was cancelled due to system error by Oneplan. Company mistake leads to client suffering!
