On the 15th of October, I received an sms stating that an amount outstanding on my personal loan account. I went and made the payment and contacted the call centre. I spoke to a consultant that informed me that I need to give time for it to reflect and phone back in 3 days. On the 24th of October, I spoke to Lebogang with regards to the payment made. He informed that the payment was received and that just 2 debits will go off, and not 7 as the last 3 months. I asked him if he is 100% sure and he said that he is and if any other debits goes of my account, I can phone him and it will be rectified. On the 27th of October, total of 6 debit orders went of my account. I spoke to Michael and he arranged a refund for the money I have paid via EFT. He also informed me that there is another amount that he will refund to me. I have received the refund for the money I paid via EFT and when I phoned on the 7th of November to query the other refund, I spoke to Yolanda Moosa who also said the refund will be done. Later in the day, a Team leader, Bongani contacted me and said the information was incorrect. 4 agents confirmed their should have been a refund and a Team leader phoned me and said no.
