I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 31st Oct, requesting some minor spelling changes to my policy document. Your automated reply assures feedback within 48 hours. I eventually received a response on the 11th Nov asking for clarification on the spelling changes. It's now the 13th Nov and I'm still waiting! If this is the kind of service you provide your customers, I'll be better off going to another service provider for a hospital plan. I see no point in spending my hard earned money with you and this is the kind of turn-around time that you provide.
