Poor service. Policy to be cancelled

I have sent two emails to Clientele requesting them to cancel my policy. I have to date not received any response. It is also frustrating that when you call the Customer care you listen to an operator repeating himself. No one even answers at switchboard. My account is sometimes debited before the last day of the month. My main reason for wanting to cancel is that clientele will only pay out from the third day in hospital for maternity. No hospital keeps you for longer than 3 days for birth any longer. In turn I am sure i will not get a pay out at all. Poor Service.
