I have send tree emails to IFA Clientele Life need to now when is my Policy Due and how much is Due to me ive send two emails first email i have send on the 15/07/2013 and the second email i have send on the 23/07/2013 i don't understand what kind of the Service is this? how can you trust people with your money they don't even respond to your questions and emails, even if they have high volume of the call as they say, they need to respond back to Customers at least after 3 days now i have doubts that i can still keep my money with IFA Clientele Life if feel the need to improve service very disappointed Client
