I hve logged 7 queries online as well as several calls of minimum 16 minutes on the line regarding my Int/Mobi fee charges on my credit card as I am being debited twice a mnth on my account wth NO reply besides the automated reply stating "we sincerely apologize but we experiencing high email volumes" & NO reply ever again after that. Surely if the volumes r so high, there r a lot of issues & surely they shld look in2 their Customer Service policy? I've sent emails to [Email Removed] / [Email Removed] ref nr EC: 03EB54B0 / [Email Removed] Had a reply frm Lauren Moses 2 say she's forwarded my request 2 [Email Removed] ref nr. EC: 6FD7CE50 and NO reply after that! I've also queried the "ABSA Rewards" fee and asked 4 it 2 b removed as I've bn paying R21, 00 a mnth 4 the past yr but earned R54, 00 in total the past yr after spending R55000, 00 on my credit card?! Is it worth the rewards, more like rip off to me?! Also have gone into Sandton branch 2 ask for backdated statements which 2 consultants cldn't find online, said they wld email it 2 me wth NO reply either? Sent an email 2 Zelda Khantide requesting it again.. no reply either?? IS ANYTHING or ANYONE WORKING at ABSA?!
