Made car worse, didn't manage to rectify issue

I took my car in for a service and oil leak repair. I returned to incompleted work on the car. I did a check and I was fooled by the (old) spark plugs they had inserted after a quick clean. Only about 20km's away from the garage, did the car start losing power drastically, and eventually stopped moving. So there I was stuck on Ontdekkers road amidst intense traffic, and quite frankly, extremely annoyed. I had to pay R600 for a tow truck to take me and my car home after the mechanic failed to arrange. I asked them to send out a mechanic the following day. I never received a call, a mechanic never arrived. I made other plans to get to work. It was discovered that they had not replaced the spark plugs (as per invoice), they had put water in the engine which had contributed to the power loss. Also, they failed to fix the leak in the tappet cover gasket. This ordeal caused major stress and extra costs. I paid R995-00 for the service, spent R726-23 on the HT leads and spark plugs (which Car Service City never replaced) and R550-00 was paid to the mechanic who had to fix the problem caused by Car Service City to so that I had a running car to go to work 7 days after initial service.
