Geely not honoring their Warranty

On the 23rd June my Geely broke down due to overheating. Car was towed in by AA Roadside Assistance. A week later, I took the service books to Geely Midrand, after speaking to the mechanic and workshop manager they informed me that it was the water pump that packed up. I then requested them to also test and assure me that there was no further damage to head and radiator due to the overheating and they informed that it wasn't necessary.
A month later, after phoning twice for feedback and not receiving any calls or feedback on the car I went to the branch personally. I was then informed by the new Workshop Manager that the claim forms were only sent through that same day (Wednesday) - Which is totally unacceptable!!
I phoned Geely Head Office, explained everything to them, after the explanation, they asked me: "So what do you want US to do about it? "
After all this, I phoned them today 29 July 2013, and they informed me they will not honor the warranty as the water pump packed up due to damage to the exhaust. (The damage to exhaust was caused almost a year ago and was only rattling)

This is the WORST case of passing the buck I have ever experienced - Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!
