What must i do now?

I have a policy with innovation group for almost a year now and I never had a problem claiming from them for repairs on my car. My clutch recently started giving me problems so I decided to get it replaced. The assesor came and done a report on the car and they told me that they won't cover for the clutch as my car had been modified. When I bought my car the exhaust system was already modified and the assessor never came out to evaluate my car before I signed the contract.the car also had a cone filter fitted I got the original air filter box. What I want to know now is, What can I do as my mechanic is charging me R 3600 to do the replacement of the clutch? I was also actually planning on extending my policy with this company, but after today I'm not sure that I want.
