Cliam not paid out

I was robbed on the 25 Dec. On the 27th I lodged it with the insurance company who informed that that an asser must come out and that as it was year end it will only be in January. Eventually an assessor name Bianca came out on the 16 Jan, who informed me that the claim will be paid out with 5-7 working days depending on the insurance company. Continus follow ups with it and I am being told that they are processing it. On Monday I find out the on their system the assessor did not send in her report. I spoke to a Maryika who informed me she would get back to me shortly and send and email about this. NOTHING HAPPENED. Tuesday I speak to Chantel who says she will get back to us. Now the assessor must come back out so we can sign more papers.we have been informed that even though we changed our details when we moved, they did not log it and will be taking 20% of the claim. IT IS Ked up. I want my claim! I do not pay for nothing every month. With service like this I will never recommend the company and I will cancel. I want this sorted out NOW!!!
