ABSA DO NOT RETURN CALLS ON CLAIM LOGGED IN 2013

Last year did claim with Absa regarding hail damages to my house in Discovery. After a previous extension the assessor did assessed the hail damages on 2013/12/18.No response thereafter received from the Assessor or ABSA. After several phone calls to number 086 0112 225 made to ABSA'S offices with the uttering they will return my call, the last two calls and really try to minimise the calls was last week 2014-01-17 @ 8:55 and this week 2014-01-23 @ 8:30 they will return my call. I also send e-mail correspondence to [Email Removed] feelings is, BAD service from ABSA were are the modern sms, phone calls or even e-mail regarding the progress thereof. The Assessor informed me the day with the assessment due to all the claims on hail damages, the contractors will be rarely available, and suggest for an pay-out to me to repair my own hail damages with my own contractor. If Absa feels that was wrong to arrange payment then please send the contractors or send a senior assessor for us to add more hail damages still visible from the roof paintwork, damages to facia boards and paint work, wall paintwork and glass damages. I therefore. plead to you to respond to my claim.
