WOW - What great service

My mother was stuck in Bangkok in a panicked state because she couldn't get money from her travel wallet card or her credit card. I contacted the Travel Wallet customer care line and got hold of Victor who phoned my mom in Bangkok gave her other options to get money, said he would phone back the following day to check she had everything she needed, and called me back to report on all this - all within 10 mins of our original call. Later he phoned me to say there had been money taken from her account but he couldn't get hold of my mother so hoped she had come right. He said he would call her again the following day to double check everything was in order. Had a call from my mom later to say all was well. Thank you Victor for your fantastic, helpful attitude!
