Morning. I woke up today to a debit order going off my account, after I had filed a insurance claim because I am out of a job. I was surprised by this since I thought that the insurance will take care of it? How can it be then that I still pay? even with the little money that I had in my account, now I'm sitting with no money in my account. Why Nedbank, I have never missed a payment...
