Wrongfull deducting of money from my account

Nedbank Home Loan insurance deducted money from my bank account wrongfully. the money when i enquired was for a policy that i never had with them. the total amount is more than R1300. My first call was on the 23/09/13 & I was told the money will take 10 working days to refund. Because Im living with a very tight budget that did not allow any extra money deducted from my acc to avoid unpaid debit orders in my account, i asked Maria to please speed up this so that by the time the last debit order comes there is enough money in my acc.
today is the tenth day and when i called, Hofman, who is a manager told me i must wait another 3 working days.
My Bond is with Nedbank and I had sent proof that my home structure insurance is with Ooba so that they dont deduct anything from my acc.
Let alone that my acc is on a negative now due to Nedbank, my credit profile is also messed up because of unpaid debit orders.
