Taking your money is easy for them

It is funny how nedbank just took R120 on my account for a debit order that was returned. The funny thing is that is was for R16.50. Even funnier is that the debit order was for Nedsure, the insurance on my overdraft. So the have no problem having my account beeing over drawn with R120 admin fee, put please dont give me the R16, 50 over for there own insurance. So it is easier for them to take money! I do not understand the reasoning around that.
