I called yesterday to speak with Eric to make a booking to see him regarding my Fathers estate late account. I was told he was on leave for 2 days and asked if someone else could assist and I said yes. I was told that a lady by the name of Roshnee Chetty could assist me. I called at 12 and the line just rang and rang, eventually when someone picked up they said to try in 10 minutes which I did and again the same thing. This time I was told that she may be on lunch and to try back later. I tried again at 1pm and still no reply. Again just before 1:30pm and finally got through to Roshnee and she said she couldn't help me because this needed to be handled by the relationship advisors upstairs. I am aware of that, however the last time I tried that I waited over an hour and then my information was lost. Hence Eric volunteering to assist me as I work and cannot take endless time off waiting for an incompetent consultant to assist me. She then said she wouldn't assist me as Eric knew the case and I should call him to see him. Could she be more lazy? Honestly, this is a sensitive subject seeing as my Dad died and this is her level of tact and helpfulness? Appalling service.
