Middle of august this year my car was broken into at my house using a jamming device, I had followed all the procedures needed my quote was close on R20 000 worth of goods. I had been kept on a string till middle of this month (October) only to be told that M &F WONT be paying out because it had happened at my house even though I had supporting documents from our community watch programme to warn us of jamming devices that had been used by. Then to top it all off my renewal had come up my quotes went as follows House hold contents :1) R338 2) R72.86 3) 638.92 4) 210.39 car : 1) 1083.46 2) 1317.81 3) 836.81 4) 836.81 . Please explain to me how 4 different quotes can vary SO DRASTICALLY. Even though after quote 1 (renewal schedule) we had asked for a watered down cover while my broker had come to visit my house and was said it could be done. M & F empty promises service and they are absolutely terrible at calling customers back. They are quick to want your money but disgusting at giving good service. P.s im STILL waiting for my first policy schedule I signed last year november. I have asked for this minimum 4 times already.
