Medicross
Utterly disappointed

I have been going to the doctors at medicross for the past 2 years as it is 2min away from my house. 6 months ago I went to get a renewal for my prescription, the staff told me I would have 2 see the doctor to get a renewal as no dr at medicross had given me that prescription. I clearly asked them if I would have 2 see the dr every time I need a renewal and they said NO just the once and then I can just phone for a renewal. Today after phoning numerous times and getting no answer I went to fetch the renewal and they said I would have 2 see the dr again after previously telling me I wouldnt! They are clearly just trying to make money out of you cause my previous drs only had to check up on me every 2 years! I know have to go back to my old dr that's at least 20min from my house because he wont rip me off!!! I just have to pay for the prescription not to see the dr too... I will not recommend medicross 2 anyone and I will sugest to all my friends and family that goes there to move to another dr unless they want 2 be ripped off!
