Cancelled insurance without my concern

Good Day

My name is Nkululeko Mnisi and have had my car insured with Mutual and Federal since the purchase of my Car last year October and I have been up to date with the payments but the problem came yesterday when I wanted to have some of my details updated they told me that my policy have been cancelled and I asked who cancelled my policy, they told me that is them who have the policy cancelled because as from August they no longer insure cars without house content and they have informed clients and I told them that I was never informed and all along I was under the impression that my car was insured and told them how dissapointed and unhappy and that have I had no changes to update with them I could not have known what they told and had anything happened I could have been on my own. And then asked them for a way forward. They told me that they will only pay me R221.00 which is for the period that I was not insured and I said to them that refund to me is little I need all my premiums because is not me who changed their business objective, I was never informed and have been exposed to risks that could have hampered me Financially had any incidents or accidents took pl
