I wrote a hello peter complaint last year on the 30th October. I was utterly disgusted when I recieved a response today on the 20th January. I was even more disgusted to find the response to the claim I had put in with M & F the response from head office read " The matter could not be entertained as the insured did not submit a claim against his policy." I find this out today after I have almost 3 months worth of supporting emails and call log records that I had followed all the procedures and filled in all the correct forms for my claims when the incident had occured. I spent close on R2000 every month for a year with M & F and when something happened that was out my control M &F turned their back on a customer. This is the most pathetic service I have ever gotten and do not see why M & F have to to customers.
